FIRST EALERTS FEATURES

First eAlerts offers a simple to use interface, so setting up your alerts is easy and straight forward. All you need to do is access First eAlerts in the First eBanc Mobile app, and tap Manage Alerts. Follow the prompts to set up a wide array of alerts.

There are many alert types to choose from to help you track your account activity:

Debit card and ATM Transaction Alert

Use your debit card to make purchases or get cash at an ATM and you will be notified of the transaction. This is a great way to make sure all of your purchases are actually yours, and not fraud.

Non-Pinned Debit Card Transaction Alert

Any time you sign a debit charge receipt when using your FCBT Debit MasterCard, you will receive an alert. These transactions are more prone to fraud as someone can fraudently sign your name if your card is ever lost or stolen.

Account Balance Below a Set Limit Alert

This alert is a great way to make sure you don't accidentally overdraw your account. It happens to the best of us. But with this alert, you set the dollar amount that triggers the alert when your balance falls below. It's peace of mind to know you won't overdraw your account before you know it.

Credit and Debit to Your Account Alerts

These alerts are very straight forward. Any time a deposit is made to your account or a transaction clears your account, you will receive a notification. It's like having a teller on your phone.

Scheduled Loan Payment is Due Alert

Even though you may have a scheduled loan payment coming due, we'll let you know that it is about to be paid.

Loan payment is due alert

Never be late for a loan payment again. Schedule a notification for when your payment is due and you'll receive a reminder when it's time to make your payment.

More security alerts at your fingertips!

It only takes a few moments to set up the account alerts you want to receive. Then, just sit back and let the alerts keep you up-to-date on your account activity in real time.

TRACKING YOUR FCBT DEBIT MASTERCARD
TRANSACTIONS IS IMPORTANT

When you are a First eAlerts user, you are staying up-to-date on your account activity. Especially purchases made and cash accessed at an ATM using your FCBT Debit MasterCard. This service is a great way to protect your accounts and catch any potential Debit Card fraud if it occurs.

PEACE OF MIND

None of us want to deal with a lost or stolen debit card, but if it ever happens, it's good to know that any fraudulent activity will generate an alert, allowing you the time to report your card lost or stolen and saving you potential losses. It's peace of mind.

BALANCE BELOW LIMIT
TRANSFER FEATURE

If you are an "Account Balance Below Limit" user, you can use your Low Balance Alert to make a quick transfer to your account.

When you receive your "FCBT Alert - Account balance below limit" alert (see example), "Press and Hold" the alert (iPhone) or tap the caret (Android) to activate the "Transfer" feature. Tap "Transfer", and you are presented with the "Transfer Funds" page in FIrst eBanc Mobile. Follow the prompts to make your transfer. It's that easy!
